"In addition to the Prespa Agreement, we also had
great success in achieving the historic Treaty of Good Neighbourly Relations
with Bulgaria, as well as a substantial consensus on the Law on the Use of
Languages, thus removing all major internal and external political
issues," Osmani stressed, pointing out that the European perspective is
the primary fuel for this success, which clearly delineates the power of the
European idea for positive transformation of societies.

political issues and again it occupies the central position in the Balkans as
the main partner of the EU and NATO in promoting the democratic and western
values in the region", Osmani stressed, stating the high expectations in
the country for progress in European integration this year to the High
Representative.
"The start of negotiations with the Republic of North

example and motivation to close the open issues through dialogue, political
openness and positive approach" - Osmani added, thus pointing out in
particular to the dialogue between Prishtina and Belgrade as one of the most
important political challenges in the region.
