A new twinning project on institutional capacity building for food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary policy was promoted

Project goal: introduction and sharing the best practices across the EU related to the EU legislation and the specific needs of the beneficiary country, in order to ultimately improve the capacity of the relevant authorities for food safety and veterinary and phytosanitary policy.
Total value: EUR 1.35 million
Key beneficiaries of the project are: the Food and Veterinary Agency, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, the Phytosanitary Directorate, the State Inspectorate of Agriculture and the State Phytosanitary Laboratory
